This participative workshop will present several key concepts in attachment theory as a way to more fully understand children’s behaviors and our adult responses to their behavior due to our own attachment history. It will also highlight some of the recent research regarding trauma and its impact on children’s ability to develop healthy social relationships and their potential limitations in exploring their own emotions.
